First off, it is nice for a student that bedrooms are leased separately and have furniture. However, I feel there are way more bad than good here! Everything in the apartment is cheap and needs to be fixed regularly. You supposedly pay for snow removal in your rent, however, this in only true if you like to have snow plowed right up to your bumper and into all the spots to make it very difficult to get your car out. It takes them 2 days after a snow storm to bother shoveling in walkways to the apartments. There is noise and loud parties any day of the week. Do not live underneath someone or you will be stomped on all night. There is poor or little lighting in parking lots, my boyfriend's car was broken into 3 times(and they supposedly have security). Parking is horrendous most of the time, visitors hardly ever park in the "visitor's parking" so residents have to park there and hike up the hill. Not to mention the spots are tiny and no one ever parks straight, so it makes it even harder to find a decent spot especially if you don't want your car to get dinged up. There is always beer cans, boxes, and trash everywhere. Someone got too drunk and got sick from a 2nd story balcony and puked all down the side of the building. It took over a week to get it cleaned, so I had to smell it everytime I came to or left my apartment. It was not cleaned well because now there is mold where the puke was. The lanudry rooms are never cleaned and always have overflowing garbage cans and random nasty dirty laundry in them. The girls in the office are bitchy, the manager is a liar and goes back on her word.

PLEASE go elsewhere!!! If you can afford Lumberjack Hill's rent, you can live somewhere much nicer than this place! You will regret it if you sign a lease with this place!
