I am a Graduate student at NAU and live at Lumberjack Hill Apartments. I have lived here for the past 2 years. I've read other comments from (what appears to be)past residents, and it seems to me that if you've had a problem, you've probably created it. I have never once had an issue with the Maintenance or Leasing Staff. They have always assisted me when I needed help and have consistently been friendly. I have had several instances to work with the Manager and she has not only been professional, but handled problems that I have brought to her almost immediately. In my dealings with the staff, it seems as though they try to create a place where people want to live. They have done a great job roommate matching me; I have had 2 roommates in 2 years. For those of you who choose only to write negative comments, you need to know that you do not speak for the majority. Lumberjack Hill is a great place to live; even as an older student.
