Bad. Look elsewhere. Loud, horrible parking, no snow clearance, bad maintanance staff, horrible office staff, weak management, un-appealing "trashy" neighbors, police called nightly, obnoxious college students, rampid solicitors, and REDICULOUS charges for REDICULOUS things, ie $10 credit card "processing fee" for rent, and their rent-payment policy is against Arizona Law. Highly adise to look at other complex's in the area. Not worth their insane rent. $1700 for a 4 bedroom.
