On the outside, it looks to be a nice, clean, peaceful place to live. And it's not horrible, but the new management has raised the price of our current apartment here more than $400 since we moved in! We have to call the police 2 - 3 times almost every week due to noise. Neighbors across the hall were evicted due to drug charges. The bathtubs are plastic, not tile, and have black footprints of other people's feet stained on the bottom. The kitchen is REALLY small - no cupboard space or counter space. Parking is scary - cars get sideswiped all of the time. It is a fairly large apartment, with good scenery since they just repainted and landscaped. I still don't think it is worth the current prices, however.
