Great if you want to live on a off campus dorm.

This place has been a poor living experience to say the best of it. It's loud and the staff isn't very warming, especially since they quoted us $450 a room when we said we're looking at the apartments and when we moved in they charged $517 a room. The standards are comfortable, not great but probably far from terrible. The in building laundry room is pricey and very small with only 2 washers and 2 dryers per building. No covered parking made life a pain in the butt during the winter and tore up cars underside since they claim they plow the parking lot (yeah, they don't). The gym was disgusting and poorly maintained. My fellow neighbors were loud and annoying functioning at all hours while others are trying to sleep. My apartment's heat and A/C doesn't seem to work because I have it set to 68 degrees and I'm dying of heat stroke. Anyway if you want to live on an off campus dorm, go right ahead. They'll jerk you around a little but other then that, you'll love it.
