Got stuck in a year lease at this hell hole last year, and let me tell you; HORRIBLE!! I saw police weekly arresting people. Had drunks stumble to my door and try to break in. Witnessed people engaged in sexual activity in "common areas." I would rather live out of my car then live there again. The staff makes you feel like a child when they are speaking with you. They are rude and ignore most of your requests. Also must ad, I witnessed cars vandalized almost regularly. Parking is a mess, and ice is NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER removed. If you have a two wheel drive car, you have to walk up the hill to your apartment. If you are interested in using the "clubhouse or the gym", goodluck!!! There is always a usual crown who either comes down there for food or tv, and you can almost never get a chance to use the gym. TOO DAMN EXPENSIVE!!!!!!! HORRRIIIBBBBLLLEEE!!!!
