Re-did outside of apartments (painting, ect)... Did not even touch the inside of apartments! Old appliences, horrible carpets with holes,paint stains and regular stains, vinyl on floors peeling, all electric outlets upside down. Horrible managment no help what so ever! For the price that they charge these places are absolute crap holes! Can hear loud music through walls, parties at all times of the nights throughout the week. Cops being called regularly!
