First off... I'm still living in the apartment cuz we got SUCKED into the "12 month" lease which in the long run was the worst decission we made. If you look over the lease if you do try to get out of the lease early you end up paying well over many months of rent...ridiculous! Best of all during the winter we were lucky enough to live at the bottom of the hill...since they don't plow the parking lots very well, but since we did live with our bedrooms walls where the gutters ended and since they were not properly cleared of ice when it would get sunny and warmer during the winter it would all melt down and into our not very insulated walls. We ended up with soaked walls, carpet and personal belongings. We were put up into a hotel but we had to move all belongings out of our rooms...aka into our living room. We were in the hotel during a huge graduate exam so my roommate and I had to study and deal with moving all of our stuff around while living in a hotel during the great flagstaff SNOWY season. The best part of living here is how the pilot light went out many times in our water heater so many cold showers were taken. Most of the annoying problems were with how the apartments were originally built...cheap obviously.
