We moved into this apartment complex after touring the newly renovated and well kept model of the 2 bedroom apartment that the office staff shows. The first thing that I overlooked was there are no doors on the bathrooms at all. Very awkward for entertaining and awkward in general. Furnished and un-furnished apartments are all the same cost here so we opted to get the furnished apartment, second mistake. Upon move in we walked into our apartment to find nothing but a box frame sitting in one of the bedrooms. It took them three days to bring in the remnants of what they consider furniture. We received a Sofa the size of a love seat that was littered with paint stains, a coffee table that is more like a foot rest and one or two more pieces of abysmal furniture. Our neighbors upstairs sound like they are rolling bowling balls down the stairs at all hours of the night and management does nothing to control or rectify the situation. The wireless internet "SpotOn" is TERRIBLE. The bandwidth is so low its not even capable of loading google.com and management is once again useless as they refuse to take it off the lease. The linoleum floors are so thin and cheap simply moving the sofa will tear and destroy it. Snow removal takes days. Every outlet in the apartment is mounted upside down, doesn't seem like a big deal but believe me, its the most annoying thing you can imagine. The water heater allows for about a 30 second military style shower, the kitchen has 1 drawer that is so small a silverware tray will not even fit, a microwave that has three working buttons and the list goes on and on. If you are looking to live here I suggest you high tail it out of here and don't let the door (or lack there of) hit you on the way out.

since it seems you share the same plights as i do, i think you should join me in shouting "get out while you can!" at prospective residents. it is quite entertaining.
