My daughter and her roommmate rent an unfurnished 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. They have lived there since May 2008 and we plan to renew the lease for another year. We have had positive experiences overall. Our only complaint is the slow Wi Fi, but we will probably choose to go with Verizon for an extra $20/month to remedy the problem.The front office staff has been accomodating and friendly. There have been a couple of maintenance concerns and both were taken care of promptly. Neighbors on the second floor were loud and the management team took care of it.
We have been pleased overall as the location is convenient to NAU and the grounds are nicely kept. We would recommend as a nice place to live.
