I've found living at Lumberjack Hill over the past year a great experience. I was matched with some great roommates. I'm happy to say they're friends for life! It may not be the ideal situation for everyone, but for me(a college student) it was perfect. There was a problem with parking late at night, but the complex towed illegally parked cars and that has opened up parking alot. Never really had any problems with maintenance issues. Everything worked just fine in my apartment. For the price you can't beat this complex. I'd recommend this place to my friends, in fact, I did and got some money taken off my rent for the referrals.
