I'm in shared living apartment right now and I love how they have this as an option. The apartments are fairly nice, same set up as the model apartment but don't be fooled, they throw a little extra into that one to make it look that way. Make sure you try to reserve the place several months in advance so you get a better price. there are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs in the 4 bedroom setup. There is a bathroom between the bedrooms that you share which is okay but working with the other roomates time schedule with sharing it can be a hassle. A few front office workers are less then friendly but the other half are reasonable. Only wireless internet is offered in the bedrooms and apartment so if you have a desktop you'll need to get the proper hardware to get wireless. The internet can be slow on the weekends due to an excess of use but other than that it seems to work fine. Other complaints I've heard is that they don't plow the apartments for snow very well so we'll see about that. I recommend this place for the price and its much better than living in dorms. Oh, and it gets cooold in the winter times so I recommend a space heater or something, there is a heater in the apartment but it is expensive to run. Hope this helps potential renters.
