So, if you have more than two vehicles - say if you have two roommates in a three bedroom - you can't rent there.
They're one of the only places in Flagstaff with air conditioning, but you pay an extra $30 a month, on top of the electric bill, and it's part of your rent for your lease term.
So summer lasts maybe 2 or 3 months, and you pay an extra $30 all year long.
They think that because they're new, they're the best, but the construction is cheap, the places are small and WAY overpriced, and the turnover of the staff is unbelievable.
They've been through at least four managers since I've lived there in the last year.
The fitness center is small, they have one spa that isn't even open year round, it's filled with college kids partying (management does NOTHING about this)...
the only nice thing about this place is the view of the mountains.
Steer clear.
