I Called down there to say there was a mistake with my dog and a "violation notice" they had left on my door. The manager that I Spoke to-- Sherry Payne, was immediately rude to me and was in so many words saying that I was a liar.
I pay almost a grand a month and I always pay my rent on time. My boyfriend, my dog and I are never loud and we never cause problems so I have no idea why we would be treated this way.

STAY AWAY. They will find ANYTHING to charge you for.

I am a resident in this same building. In Dec. of this year I reported to the manager that the people in a downstairs apartment in my building just finished sweeping dog fecal matter and urine on the public sidewalk. The management acted immediately to clean up the mess. It is unfortunate that some people choose to have pets but do not want to pick up after them. It is especially bad for those of us who choose not to have pets and have to put up these lazy pet owners. Hats off to the management

It's also a shame that one apartment renter is singled out amongst the numerous, NUMEROUS renters who have never, nor ever will clean up the fecal matter. Mistakes happen, but to be singled out amongst over 30 residents who don't follow rules is pretty ridiculous.
