I haven't rented in years, always owned, but for Flagstaff, this is one of the better places to live. The Managers and staff are courteous, friendly and always respond and make things right by the guidelines they are provided. The maintenance crew (Ron)does a very good job, he is sensible and takes his job seriously. Kudo's Lodge Staff. Now as for the building construction, they forgot to put insulation between floors, drafty windows, the floorplan is good, all in all it's a B- rating for me. Location, location, location, excellent location in the City.
