We needed to break our lease because we just couldn't handle the thin walls in this place. Our upstairs neighbors comes home at 1 in the morning and doesn't stop stumping their feet until 4 am. I can honestly tell you their schedule by now. The thin walls allow you to hear the following: When they are having sex, watching tv, talking on the phone, playing their awful techno-music.

We can also hear when people are going up/down the stairs. Sounds like a stampede. To make it worse, the closets walls and bathrooms are poorly insulated (or lack thereof). It is FREEZING in there all the time. There is a draft under the doors.

The management keeps changing. When management has something to tell the residents, the letters are posted outside your door for everyone to see. Talk about privacy... And it's hard to feel good about the staff when their notices have either bad grammar or mispelled words.

I would tell EVERYONE to look elsewhere. Anywhere but here.
