This was a great apartment and I miss it dearly. I was the first one to move in when the unit was brand new. Pool was a little scary and I never went in it. 1 rude incident with office staff where I was out of town one the 1st. Now most places give you a five day grace period but the morning of the second when I walked in the office to pay, the lady demanded that I pay the $5 late fee in cash immediately with my rent check or it would not be accepted. Watch out for the closet, its not well built and started falling apart but they stapled it back together within a few days. A few plumbing problems when I moved in, hot water pipe burst and toilet would run but overall I was very happy with apartment. Oh yeah, be sure to ask for an apartment where there is not a dumpster right out front!
