These apartments are quite new and generally very nice. It is duplex style so you get to park right outside your apartment and you only share 1 wall with neighbors so there is very little noise. The storage space is limited, however. My main complaints have to do with management and maintenance. Simply put, the people in the office are pretty rude and are very harsh about any rent payment problems. Maintenance really really stinks - it was completely haphazard when people decided to show up to fix things and most maintenance people were half-hearted and surly about their work.
Also, the complex is right by the train tracks so train noise is a problem. This keeps the price down a bit but at a cost. There are very few street lights and the complex is in a "bad" part of town. Be careful.

The lack of street lights is a huge problem. There are large rocks strewn here and there either as part of some sense of decor or to prevent people from parking too close to the buildings, but on a moonless night, you'd better hope that you memorized where these rocks were because they are completely invisible at night. That and you never know when there is a skunk walking right along side of you.
