Apparently renters have no rights in Arizona and places like this one take complete advantage of that. Tenants are treated terribly, the staff has no respect for anyone, they don't even greet you if you come in with a question or concern, they just stare at you blankly and respond with contempt. One can get used to the train noise and having to come to a complete stop before attempting to traverse a speed bump, but paying people to treat you like crap is a bit upsetting. Unless you like that sort of thing. But if you do like that sort of thing, that lifestyle is more than likely frowned upon here and grounds for eviction in this ---- establishment.
