This is the worst place I have lived in flagstaff. The staff (or maybe it's just the owners fault) is horrible. No customer service at all. Always leave nasty notes on door for dumb reasons. When I first moved in rent was $725, now they are trying to make me pay $825!! While at the same time they have a deal for new tenants to move in for 2 free months, or divide those free months into rent for a year, which in a 2 BR comes out to $688 per month. Great for new tenants, but they are practically kicking people out who have lived there for years like me. So, I figured I could just sign another year lease and get that deal then too, right' Makes sense. But, no. they say no matter what if we stay there we are going to start paying $825!! What kind of customer service is that'! shouldn't they be trying to keep people in the place and not raise the rent so high that people already living there want to leave'! And to top it off the place has no AC! in the summer when it gets around 80 degrees the apartments turn to ovens. It gets so hot it's unbearable. and those few weeks in flagstaff it gets in the 90's! it's probably 100 and something degrees in the apartments...with no AC!!! And the train noise is very loud in summer because all the windows in the house are open to try and cool it off as good as possible (but doesn't help much). no one should have to live with such a horribly run place and suffer in the heat like I have.
