I miss the old team!! And all the maintenance guys! They were efficient and friendly. They all made an effort to clean up the property, meaning drugs, noise, and other crime. My husband and I have lived here for about three years and it has gotten worse. We wanted to give it a chance. But we have made our minds up to definately move out. The first year was good then it went down hill, everyone that cared left.

THESE APARTMENTS ARE THE WORST PLACE IVE LIVED IN AND THE MANAGEMENT IS NOT FRIENDLY AND THEY PUT PEOPLE ASIDE TO GIVE APT.'S TO THEIR FRIENDS OR FAMILY SOME OF THE MANAGEMENT USE THEIR TITLE TO GET PEOPLE THEY KNOW TO WORK HERE AND THAT HAVE HISTORY OF DRUG USE AND THEY ALSO HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND THAT ARE NOT PAPERED TO BE IN THE UNITED STATES WE NEED PROFESSIONALS TO BE MANAGEMENT AND NOT PEOPLE WHO USE OTHERS TO GET JOBS HERE . BUT IN MY OPINION WE ARE WILLING TO BREAK OUR LEASE THESE COULD BE BETTER APARTMENTS IF MANAGEMENT WOULD NOT ACT AS IF THEY OWN THE WHOLE COMPLEX AND LET THE JOB GET TO THEIR HEADS AND TO HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE SINCERE AND HONEST WITH THEIR BOSSES AND TELL THEM THE TRUTH ABOUT THEMSELVES AND THAT THEY DON'T ABIDE WITH THE LAW IN HIRING PEOPLE WHO ARE ILLEGAL .

That is what I meant, it sucked when I moved out. Debbie was the best manager, adn she did things by the book, I think he name was Jessie or Stephie who was leasing. Things went way down after Debbie left and then got worse when leasing left.
