I attend college as a full-time student and utilize financial aid and student loans in order to make this happen. My husband works full-time in order to support us. According to the management, together we make $10,000 more than we do and are $2,000 over the line for two people. OMG! They add in all financial aid and workstudy income when the figure the numbers. Plus, my husband had an unusual payperiod in which there where two holidays where he was paid an extra 16 hours(8 hours per holiday). From this payperiod they figured his annual income. They may be low-income housing, but only if you are being paid the previous minimum wage, not the new 6.75 an hour.

IT IS ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO INCLUDE ANY STUDENT LOANS OR GRANTS. LOOK UP THE ARIZONA LIHTC MANUAL ONLINE. THIS IS WRITTEN FROM IRS CODE, FEDERAL LAW. THEY ALSO CANNOT KICK YOU OUT WITHOUT HAVING A DAMN GOOD REASON OR REFUSE TO RENEW YOUR LEASE.
