Management has changed 3 times in the past 4 years and current manager can care less about the tenants, (ie very slow to respond to complaints that involve her staff or policies). In winter, they are very slow to respond to plowing and putting down cinders, which is important since the complex is on top of a steep hill with 3 access roads to it. Icy walks and roads pose threat to falling or slipping. There are abandoned cars taking up parking that could be used by tenants; management is slow to have them removed. There has been an average of 2-3 police calls to the complex area per night, especially on weekends. If you have an apartment that has an upstairs neighbour, the slightest noise comes through the ceiling, poor/inadequate construction.
