The only reason there is to stay here is if it is free. Because the maint or management sure don't help you feel welcome. A maint order was put in about electrical issues in my kitchen when I first moved in and wasn't looked at for over three months. Random inspections of your apartment every three months like it's a prison. Not allowed to hang pictures on the walls using tacks or nails. $500.00 NON refundable deposit for pets. Yes will be very sorry! -----------------and her co-heart -------------------------------- or "parking ----" will fine you for breathing. Yes they have Very steep FINES they give you at a LOW INCOME HOUSING. Fines include but not limited to, Kids using water pistols, backing into parking spots. Decorating your patio area, BBQ's, and list goes on. ---------------------------------that he drives his ------- all over the property to go anywhere and they'd have more handicap parking if he didn't park in them all the time. There is also a bad Black Mold problem with the windows and is very toxic! Doors are poorly weatherstripped. Parking in the winter is a joke! They hardly ever plow and when they do it's poorly done with no care. We all had to remove the snow from our sidewalks ourselves. They must have a deal with NPG cable because you can not have satellite. If your one day late on your 30 day notice they will not return your security deposit. Make copies of all documents and notices to and from the office and have them signed by -----, she likes to misplace such things in her favor. I have also seen ALOT of activities that do resemble drug use or dealing. I have even seen people breaking into storage closets and stealing stuff. Walls are thin or poorly built because you can hear everything your neighbor does. Garbage disposal sounds like a jackhammer in the sink. No above lighting in the living rooms. No place for the kids to play so they are very loud and play just outside your windows. Also have been told by a person who used to work there that they knowingly hire illegal immigrants. You have been warned!

I lived there for a couple of years and I feel you on the inspection thing!! Although they are required to give at least 48 hours notice before entering your unit (unless you've put in a work order), they have and WILL enter your unit without first giving proper notice!! So just make sure your unit is immaculate at all times or they will charge you a bunch of fees or possibly even evict you! I met a woman at the local walmart who actually took them to court over this and won! They are NOT allowed to just go into your unit and have a look around whenever they feel like it, but they have and they will.
