I am a fairly new tenant. I have noticed a great deal of drug activity and the gangs walk the area at night. There are loud drunk parties and the maintance or lack of is unexceptable. Snow removal was non existant. The grounds here are dirty, unkept with trash every where. I have had a serious mold problem. I have been very sick and received medical treatment several times. I have reported concerns to the manager and NOTHING changes. I still have mold, drugs are still sold here, and the grounds look like a getto in a poor neighborhood. I will leave when my lease is up. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

i also have been living here and leaving yes it was so called the ghetto and they DO NOT DISCLOSE that it is a LOW INCOME PROPERTY everyone is a 60% no not true and YES U CAN GO TO SCHOOL PART-TIME. WE WERE ALL A VICTIM of MISMANAGEMENT and family and friends running and moving in and the owners WESCAP take no responsiblities for the actions that go on here. they say they got no reports true because they would not disclose the tel number. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
