I have been living here going on two yrs. now. I have enjoyed being here and feel safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is very little wait to get things fixed if they need it. The staff does a fantastic job in keeping things neat and clean.
Carol is one of the best apt. managers I have ran into. She gets things taken care of and always looks out for her tenants. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
I would like it if the rent was a little cheaper and it had air conditioning, but feeling safe is the utmost importance.
It does need a few more handicap parking spots.
Need a place' Give it a try. You won't be sorry.

Yes you will be sorry! Carrol must have left this rating herself. Carrol is a C@nt and her sidekick Phill the "head of maint" will fine you for breathing. Yes they have Veru steap FINES they give you at a LOW INCOME HOUSING. Phill is a Fat @ss and is so lazy that he drives his minivan all over the property to go anywhere and they'd have more handicap parking if he didn't park in them all the time. There is also a bad Black Mold problem with the windows and is very toxic! Parking in the winter is a joke! They hardly ever plow and when they do it's poorly done with no care. They must have a deal with NPG cable because you can not have satellite. If your one day late on your 30 day notice they will not return your security deposit. Make copies of all documents and notices from the office and have them signed by CAROL, she likes to misplace such things in her favor.
