I moved into my apartment in 2007. Since then a lot of changes have taken place. The new management is awesome!!! The entire complex was painted, new landscaping was put in, I feel safe at night when walking around, and the office staff is very helpful. Their response time for maintenance problems is very fast. I had a leak in my bathroom that was fixed within 15 minutes of calling the office. The rent is a great deal, especially considering that it is all utilities included!! My credit wasn't so good and the fact that I didn't have to put down any deposits with the utility company was a huge help. I would highly recommend Pinecliff Village Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment in the Flagstaff area.
