The "bad apples" below are just that. The management here has bent over backwards for me. I live near the 2 tenants that posted below about their troubles here. Please see my reply to them. The guy started harassing people, he put a sign on his truck that said F*** off, when the management tried towing his vehicle for having bad plates. His music kept everyone up as late as 3 am on the weekdays. I overheard a convo between them and the manager ( they were being served a warning) and the resident told the manager to go to hell, and threatened him. Don't listen to the garbage these guys are putting on here, this place is amazing. It is quiet, clean and caters to small families, and professionals.

You are a coward then and one of many that reside in this complex. I cannot speak for my roommate, who was the reason I got evicted. Every one spoke highly of me but if everyone was running to the office to complain, how come nobody ever had the courage to knock on my door and say something. You lie there sir, NOBODY EVER came to my door to say anything, therefore we were never rude to anybody for saying anything. The one instance THE ONE TIME someone actually came to our door, we apologized heavily and took care of the problem peacefully as could be expected with civilized adults. I have always made it a value of mine to be mannerly to those around me. If anybody ever had a problem with me or if it came to my attention someone had a problem with me, I fixed it and apologized for it. When we were warned (officially), we made a sincere attempt to correct out mistakes, but it was not enough because nobody told us it was not enough. This was confirmed by our neighbor who acknowledged we were taking care of the problem but not enough because he complained again and we were ousted. Never said anything to us until it was too late. Again, I am not the guy with the truck, I am the other one. To his defense, he was outraged when we were evicted because it was done at the end of the day and the manager would not speak to him. How would you react if you were told you were being kicked out and nobody would clarify why. Maybe no the best response but certainly understandable. Your second lie is about the arguement about warning because it was taped to our door you cowardice, lying ass. When it was confronted it was done in the office and the only witnesses were my friend and nontenants. Also for your information, management had it out for us the moment one of their non-repairs cost them over $3000 in my apt. In closing to you sir and to anybody reading this, this apt complex was not bad. Sure it is old and falling behind on repairs, but it served me well and I thought I had nice neighbors that I waved to and said hello to and they responded back in a friendly manner. What is not said is the amount of cowardice in both residents and management. I may be a big guy but I am certainly approachable and nobody ever bothered to do so. They just waved on their way to the office to complain. Like you. So if you are a professional, with a small family and are a complete coward who is afraid of saying something to somebodys face, these apartments are for you. If you expect your neighbor to let you know you are being a disruptive and to tone it down, you best move on, the people in this complex are fake and weak and will stab you in the back. They comments I made in an earlier posting were made at a time I certainly was filled with some venom. I reread my comments and stand by them 3 months later. Oh yes, your third lie is about threats. No physical threat was EVER made by either myself or my roommate. Sure at the end, some conversations got loud but no threat was verbally made. Enjoy your apartment. You are yellow, full of lies, and don't ever discount or question my integrity again because I know who you are. (There was the first threat.)

Wow! All of that nonsense aside, this place really is awful. One lady that lived in the same building as me had the bathroom above her cave in. Maintenances idea of a temporary fix was to put plastic up to cover the hole until they could find the time to fix it. It took weeks. Some girls that live across the street had a rotting floor that was buckling for 3 months before the management saw fit to do anything about it. Another neighbor told me that she talked to the manager about a woman who was bordering abuse with her children and the manager told her that SHE should talk to the woman about it or call the police--that she did not intend to address it.
