If you're looking for apartments that care about their residents, or at the very least give them what they are paying for, the Pines are not for you. During the year I lived there the spas worked at most 50% of the time, but we were never given our spa deposit back or rent lowered because of their closures. The gym equipment that was lost or damaged was never replaced because they claimed it was not their responsibility. Our dishwasher was never fixed the entire time we lived there though we filed countless requests. Tow trucks patrolled all night long keeping residents awake. To top it all off, after our miserable year, we were not given our deposit back even when our apartment was spotless because they claimed there were pet stains on the carpet (even though the only pet we ever had in was a fish). So if you're looking to get ripped off and hassled and talked down to by the management for a year, have fun! Otherwise there are a lot better apartments to give your business to.

i just signed a lease at the pines and I got a great rate, and the staff was very help and nice. Please let me know if youve lived here recently and had a good experience.
