This apartment complex is managed so poorly that they refuse to give out their corporate office name or phone number over the phone. Check your credit if you moved out of there any time in the last 3 years. They may have reported you to a collection and thrown away the support for the charges. Also, don't call them and try to get help because they will threaten you with harrassment charges.
