This place will ruin your credit so fast its not even funny. Hidden fees, broken spa, tow truck happy. your car will get towed at least once. broken beer bottles, domestic fights between neighbors, management doesn't do anything about it unless it affect them personally. frauds, lairs, cheats, crooks. avoid at all cost!!!!!---- the pines
