The new managment are completely disorganized and will try to say you didnt pay your rent when you did! They are rude and have non-existant maintenence. If you live there, keep your reciepts, although they didnt even take that as proof in my case. if you move in here, make sure you have a good lawyer. oh yeah, and their turning them into condos but dont think its important to tell their residents yet, even though they are going to make everyone move soon.
