This place has it's ups and downs. For the most part it is a decent place, all depending on who your neighbors are. If you live downstairs, you will never get much sleep because he floors are paper thin. I thought there was an elephant living upstairs but it was just a 95 lb. girl. The maintenance staff does not exactly work as fast as a pit crew but at least things get fixed after a few days/weeks. Parking is impossible, it would be better to have a bike and leave your car there until an emergency arises or a late night crave (after midnight). If you like to have friends over and enjoy some beverages and a game or two, this place is not the place for you (well it all depends on your neighbors).
