This apt. complex seems great at first, but the mgmt. has some problems. They are very unprofessional. As far as the apts. themselfs are pretty nice, defenatly the largest in town for the cheapest. I had a lot of problems with things breaking and falling apart for no aparent reason, it was kind of a headache to always call maintanence all of the time. I didn't like the fact that they could come into your apt. when you were not home to fix things. They will also charge you an extra $10 a month if you want a covered parking space, and $25 a month for a portable washer and dryer (that break all of the time and usually will flood your apt. if your not home). I think there are a lot of better apts. in town that you can find for around the same price, but a lot less headache, it's your choice.
Note**They say they recycle..but I've seen the mgmt throw those full recycling deposit bins right into the garbage(more than 4 times)
