terrible place...look somewhere else

I just moved in at the beginning of the year. I am trying to move out in the middle of February. I would rather pay the breach-of-contract fee. Management seems incompetent..losing my check twice, lates fees because they lost my checks (twice). It is just horrendous. I don't recommend it to anyone.
