My fiance and I were looking into moving into a one bedroom apartment in their newer complexes. We filled out an application adn also had my dad co-sign costing us an addition $30. We were to move in that next week and we even asked them if that was to quick of a move in date. They told us that would not be a problem.
On are move in date we had still not heard from them. We called them and everytime we did they said the McKenzie was out of the office and she would get back to us. Finally we decided to drive over there and see what was going on. When my fiance returned to the car he told us we had been denied. Looking on the sheet it said it was due to insuffience funds.
Explain to me why we had spend $30 on a co-singer who made about $4500 a month then' So I call up the number they give on the sheet to talk to the credit place and it told me it was no longer in service.
My mother did more investigating and was told that it was due to something on fiance record. They then told us thatwe has made the report less severe than it really was! We were completely honest with them about everything and they told us that since it was 4 years ago it shouldn't be a problem..down played it all! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
