I am also a resident a Timberline and have to agree with all of the negative comments. My thoughts are this. Unprofessional and downright rude management, they are curteous when you sign the lease but before the ink is even dry they are rude, disrespectful, dishonest and completely unprofessional. I received a notice of intent to evict because I had curtains hanging in my window, so I called the office. Before I was even able to get a word out of my mouth, Tammy(the big fat one) was shouting me down and telling me the only thing she wants to see in the window are the blinds they provide...... she could have called to let us know or just left a note...NOT an eviction notice, we are good tenants, we have never even paid our rent late. I fully understand every company has Policies and Procedures and after looking through my agreement I saw the part about window dressings HOWEVER when I called the office as an upset tenant I would have appreciated a bit of customer service and sympathy or even just to have been spoken to politely...not read my rights.. I am also very disappointed in how misleading and dishonest they are. My Husband works at a company here in town that entitles him to a discount on our rent each month....we were NOT informed of this when we signed our lease, I found out from a friend. So I called the manager about this and asked for the discount and was informed the discount was not available to us as it would be unfair on the other residents'(I know, that makes NOOOOOO sense to me either) and I was also informed that it was actually my husbands and my mistake that we didn't ask about any discounts when we signed the lease and in the future we should inquire about these things....Oh PLEASE, tell me you must be joking. But the most annoying part is this....before we moved in, a friend of mine said I shouldn't move there as the management was very unprofessional, very unfair and basically crap, she told me this because she had received an eviction notice for leaving trash on the porch.....I just thought my friend was making up an excuse as to why she was evicted...the sad part is I didn't believe her and now I wish I had listened, it was all true.
