Aside from the poor management, I must say the apartment we were in had lots of windows to let in the light. That's the best part.

I can believe how bad management is because we encountered very similiar poor customer service. Vicky, of them all, is the worse and she's suppose to be the manager' They are only nice to get you in. They like giving eviction notices. We received one for "not paying rent". My husband had to go to the office and have these rude staff double check their records. Turns out they did receive our rent payment. They didn't even apologize or whatsoever. Tammy, Vicky and whoever else is stuck working in that office must not be happy people because they are rude and let's just say it- they suck!
