worst place i have ever lived. they are clean, i will give them that, but everything else is sham. first, you start off with a 17 page lease, and it even has a provision that states "resident may not store any property anywhere on the premises", which gives them the right to tell you to get rid of anything they don't like. you can't hang stuff in your windows, and they will yell if you try to keep your bike somewhere not approved (so it can get stolen). which leads me to my second complaint, super high crime rates. firstly, there are alwasy tons of sketchy people at the greyhound station, of which you basically are in their backyard. secondly, nearly every week these apartment complexes are mentioned in the police reports, for things such as growing marijuana, domestic violence, stabbings, and robberies. it is noisy, you always hear the greyhound station, the train tracks, the fire dept, and route 66 (all of whihc are within 1/4 mile of htis place). location is really good though, i lived there a year and got by great with just a bicycle, and you really could just walk everywhere. dealing with the "landlord' is a pain in the butt. it's just a beaurocratic corporation, no personal anything, everything is referred to in their lawyer written lease. they will not negotiate anything, and don't hesitate to evict you. i got by without much more than being told several times where i could not park my bike, but i witnessed seeveral people get pretty screwed over. the rent is high, but so is everywhere in flagstaff.
