Living at University Roost was quite an adventure. It keeps you in touch with reality. They are in no way luxury apartments but they are inexpensive and cozy.
There is a high crime rate in the area, but with the block watch program, you feel a lot safer. The office staff does a nice job keeping people with a criminal record from living here.
Overall, I would recommend this place if your budget is a little tight. It is cheap and utilities are included.
