The place is now called PineView Apartments.
This is not a very safe area (I had to call the police two times during my 9 month stay).
Consider your deposit to be gone. The management did every trick to confiscate my $100; despite the fact that I did not even put one single nail on the walls and kept every part very neat.
One good side is that it is very close to NAU.
To sum it up look for other places. They may not be perfect but at least cheaper.
