I have lived at Pine View Village for the past seven months, and so far, no problems. It is true you can over hear some conversations, tv, music, but that is only when I have my windows open. The train tracks are very close, which might bother some people. However, I've lived near trains for a long time and have grown accustom to the sound (I have never been woken up by the train's horn). The management team is very nice and is prompt to resolve any problems that I've encountered. The management team often have community get-togethers, which always involve free food.

This complex is ideal for college students. I walk or ride my bike to school everyday, only take about ten minutes to get to NAU. I don't see how anyone could complain about crossing a few streets, that is what the cross walks are for! I cannot speak to the studio apartment being advertised as a one bedroom, I was never under the impression this was a one bedroom. One look at the floor plan and it is clear that the unit is in fact a studio.

I would recommend anyone leasing an apartment here. The grounds are well kept and always clean. There is plenty of parking, although none of it is covered. Basically, if you don't mind a little noise now and then, you should be fine here.
