Pine View Village is pathetic. I have been lied to by the office staff straight to my face just so they could squeeze a little extra money from me. I have never had so many problems with people as I've had with these scammers. The only way they alert residents of inspections or maintanence issues is by posting notes on doorknobs which easily blow away in the wind, and if you aren't prepared for their intrusions, they charge hundred dollar fees! Beware if you have pets. If the day and a half notice they give you isn't enough to make arrangements for your dog or cat while they inspect or spray for roaches, you'll get charged a fee for that too.

If you like constant train horns, homeless people screaming at 1 in the morning, leaf blowers right by your window constantly, paying out the ass for hardly any space and an office full of liars, then this place is for you.


Otherwise, DO NOT RENT HERE!
