Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
we moved there in september of 2002. Between the lies from the staff ,the bums trying to break in our apartment, or the drug dealers forgetting where they live, or the completely inept maintenance staff whom after 3 onths never got the heat working. i'd say the roost is a hell hole. we left after 3 months the staff said they'd help us out with the lease. they did not help. they charged us for new carpet(the old was staind and torn when we moved in) breaking the lease and other admin charges plus interest they want over 3000 dollars from us on top of the security deposit. after 6 years we are still fighting with them. they have harrased our entire family with phone calls, not to mention the damage to our credit. the roost preys on people who are down and out, or new to the area. just sign here. DO NOT MOVE TO UNIVERSITY ROOST. if anyone can help us with are struggle with the roost please email us @ acidtongue25@yahoo.com
