I have lived at Pine View Village for about 4years now. The grounds are always clean and I have never had a problem with the office staff or maintenace. Once I call in a work order the maintenace staff is there to help that same day, even when I didn't know how to work the heater. My main issue is some of the neighbors that live there. I have had loud neighbors that love to play their music 24/7, have loud drinking/smoking parties out on the porches between the supposed "quiet hours" and have had in the past a downstairs neighbor who didn't really care who he was bugging with his music. I would complain to the office staff about these neighbors and have even had to call the cops a few times, but low and behold the neighbors were still there with their loudness. For the trouble I've had to put up with the neighbors I would not recommend living here. I live in the studio or as Pine View Village calls them "Executive Suite" and am paying $724/mon. I don't even make that in one paycheck.
