University Square is a great place to lay your head. It is small, you get to know your neighbors, and the office staff is great.
The apartments are close to NAU therefore, it is primarily a younger community. It is a great place to get you first renting experience.
The apartments are very spacious and utilities are included. There is always hot water, the water pressure is good and you don't have to pay for your heat so your apartment is always warm.
I would definately recommend living here. Even if it is just for a semester. You gotta try it!!
