I lived at this community in 1994 and 1995. It is a wonderful place to raise a family. I felt safe here, with my two small children and husband. There were many college students at that time and they were great with my children. Halloween was the best! The students and other families spoiled my kids. One resident, who went on to play quarterback for the Denver Broncos, was active in the community activities and actually won the holiday decorating contest! I miss our days at University Square and recommend this property to all. You can't beat the large floorplans, utilities paid, and caring management company!
