Overall, I would say that University Square apts is decent. Though I will say it seems to have gotten worse the longer I have been here. Very expensive and very good at parting you with your money, but then again that holds true with all of the "8 wonders of Flagstaff". I personally am staying away from that company from henceforth. It isn't in the best part of town and you can tell... I don't think my experience was too bad, but I want out; and that says something.
