Good: We never had a problem with parking. The outdoor areas are nice and well-kept. There is an area in the middle with trees, picnic tables, barbecues, and horseshoes- nice. The location is good, within walking distance of campus. Has a fitness room, clubhouse, and hot tub. The area seems safe and secure.

Bad: The manager is very slow to get anything done- we often had to talk to him multiple times about important things like... renewing our lease! I heard that they had new management though. The apartments and fixtures are very cheap. Maintainance was pretty quick about repairing easy things, but watch out if you've got something more complicated- we were left with a giant hole in the ceiling above the shower for two weeks before we got them to come back and repair it. The layout of the living room in the 3 bed loft apartment is absolutely terrible.

For me, the worst thing about these apartments is that since they are right off the highway, it's nearly impossible to get in and out of them during rush hour and on weekends. You want to turn left to get on the highway yourself' Forget it. I know that sounds like a silly thing to complain about, but dealing with it day after day just gets tiresome.

Wow so let me get this straight you dont recommend these apartments to anyone else because you cant make a left turn through traffic...and yes that sounds very silly.
