I lived there for a year and got the hell out when I could: On moving in I got soaking wet carpets that never dried; The walls are thin, you can hear the fleas cough next door; Most tenants seem to be still in puberty, noisy day and night; Covered parking costs extra, others used my designated parking and mgt. never did anything about it. Don't get a north facing apt. unless you are do not mind the cold year round.

Your whole review is worthless, your carpets were wet for a year. Yes we are all young here at U-West thats why its considered a college apartment complex. Covered parking always cost more thats why its COVERED. And lastly what did your apartment not have a North wall and thats why it was so cold. Turn the heater on, mine works great and always has.
